Consumer Experience 


How do you rethink your consumer journey, to highlight a permanent customisation studio in store, and give your customers a completely new experience that realigns how they think about the brand? 

The consumer journey was developed and created to make sure that we were delivering the fanbase an experience that would make them included in having their items personalised.

It became quickly apparent that an assets library would be needed so as the journey was sculpted so was the library. Assets were created to make this process feel truly individual and were treated as collectables to be taken away.  Once in the studio there was a chance to get the consumer involved further so a handbook was developed which allowed them to really dive into the process and interact with the staff member. 

As this was a new proposition Jordan had no content for any of the assets created so illustrations, content, photography were all created for this project.
